The product supports both 50Hz and 60Hz power frequency to match power systems across Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe and South America, adapting to diverse regional grid technical specifications and climatic environments from tropical high-temperature coastal areas to alpine low-temperature inland regions.
Our 220kV transformer is split into two core structural types: on-load tap changer (OLTC) version and off-circuit tap changer (OCTC) version, with two-winding and three-winding customizable layouts available for step-up power plant application or step-down urban substation deployment respectively. The OLTC model realizes real-time voltage regulation under full load without power cut, with typical tap range of ±8×1.25% or ±10×1.25% on high voltage winding, effectively stabilizing output voltage fluctuation caused by peak-valley load change of power grid and renewable energy power generation volatility from wind and photovoltaic power stations. The off-circuit tap changer type features simpler structure and lower procurement cost, suitable for grids with relatively stable load and annual small-range voltage adjustment demand, widely adopted in conventional regional power distribution hubs and medium-sized industrial park substations. All finished products pass strict full-type test including short-circuit withstand test, partial discharge test, temperature rise test and insulation withstand test before factory delivery, ensuring stable long-cycle running under complex grid working conditions.
